Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] — Due not receiving the pnr number, unable to cancel ticket

I booked the ticket from ahmedabad to deesa. Below is the sms received which does not have PNR number.

While cancelling ticket the PNR number is mandatory on gsrtc website. Thus, unable to cancel the ticket. Requesting to kindly arrange to cancel my ticket and refund the ticket amount to same payment mode. I made payment from [protected]@upi
