I have tried to resrve gsrtc bus seat., Nd due to server issue my ticket wasn't confirmed... Nd from my account balance was deducted ... So I want to my refund ... As soon as possible ... Please give me reply fast..., . .. and i also tried to book seat few months ago from gsrtc online app in that time also my ticket was not confirmed and i had not got any kind of refund of failed ticket...in previous ticket failure as per gsrtc protocol i had waited for 1 month for refund but i can't achieved that...
