Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] — for not providing service

Sir.
I had booked two sleeper tickets for 24/11/2017 from nasik to vadodara.
In gsrtc bus which take start from nasik to chanasma. I was waiting for bus from 1600hrs to till 1830 hrs. At nasik bus stand (Maha marg).
That bus was cancelled but i was not informed, i inquired to bus inquiry counter at nasik bus stand frequently. But they answered that till this bus is not reported. At last i came to know that bus is cancelled.
By this way i was suffered a lot. Also i lost my tickets fare as i could not avail the service due to cancellation of said bus.

So i request you for refund of tickets fare, the details of tickets is as under.
Pnr no. G 17751641, date of journey 24/11/2017.

Service from nasik to chanasma

Total fare rs. 883.9

Please you are requested for refund of my total fare paid as service was not provided by gsrtc.
