It is to inform you sir, in surat depot department is very bad, today i m in navsari bus station, jurny to devdha, in surat to devdha villege
In bus time table the bus arrive time is 7:45 am
This time i hear that was time is 8.42 am bt the bus was not com, when i call a surat depot, the depot enquiry office was not give me a proper answers and other navsari enquiry office is that same, so it is a very bad impression indicate your depo, and that i was also write the latter to head office & and also cm office

Bus conductor and driver not in place. Upon inquiry came to.know that driver gone for tifgin at home. Passenger waiting for almost 1 hour and 30 min.

I travel in Ambaji dwarka bus started jerney at himmatnagar n ended at rajkot at the date of 27 April 2018 I booked sofa sit no 1, but there is another person which hase also same bus same time n same sit number on the ticket but I have to travel at standing position... So I want my reservation sofa ticket refund... Give the solution as possible

Sir,
At ahmedabad geeta bust stand number 19 from which the bus going to mehshana.
Depart from ahmedabad aprrox. 10:30am.
I unfortunately missed my luggage inside that bus.Luggage contain a black bag and a light color polythene in which my precious book is present.
