Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — getting less refund amount

Due to lockdown extension, had to cancel gsrtc bus ticket from amreli to gandhinagar. But they are refunding only 75% of the ticket value. They should refund full amount as ticket is cancelled due to lockdown.
