Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — gsrtc buses not following route

Hello dear,

We are here at punapatiya waiting for gsrtc bus but they all are drived from bridge made at punapatiya, surat
We are still here from last one and half hour.
Bus driver directly driving buses from flyovers both at punapatiya and parvat patiya surat suggest us how to get bus from here?
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible
It was too much bad things about the gsrtc
