Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] — I am complaining about bus no gj 18 z 2089

As we are very ashamed to be a passenger of gsrtc bus. We booked 5 seats this bus from somnath to dwarka time 8:55am but from the starting from somnath it got about 2 hrs late then driver and conductor started filling bus with passengers without ticket from somnath to porbandar. I made many calls on helpline no but no response. At 4:30 pm we crossed porbandar.
