Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — I am complaining about refund because of wrong information of chhotaudepur depot

My complaint is that l booked E ticket from gsrtc web site on 19/05/2019 at 5 50 a. m. My journey was Chhotaudepur to Lunavada my journey time was 6. 30 a. m. When I reached Chhotaudepur depot at 6.10 a. m. and inquired about my bus. The depot incharge told me that the scheduled of bus was changed the rute from chhotaudepur Modasa was converted in to chhotaudepur shmdaji and time was 6.a. m.
So I could not attend my travel.
So please refund my ticket amount
