We were having a journey from ahmedabad to rajkot in bus which was from himatnagar to jamnagar... Our tickets where online & details are follows Pnr: g35861696 Ticket id: 225nce5 While traveling at limdi bus stop the bus light was not working... So conductor checked. After 45 min he came & told the bus could not travel further & told us to take the luggage.. He did not arrange other bus for us. He said i can't do anything... & he left. We were treated like sheep... His behaviour was very rude. There were many old passenger & ladies too. So need strict action against this incident that the passenger do not suffer... It is said that gsrtc is safe?? Is it.. The government need to think... Was this information helpful? | |
