Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — I booked the ticket online but conductor give me only one full ticket.

Booked three ticket online. My two passengers is not able to come. But conductor give me only one ticket instead of three ticket. Conductor refuse to give 2 ticket's money.

Please give my refund of two tickets. because conductor give me only one ticket.
