Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] — I complaining about my booked tickets and refund money

As i book 2 tickets for Ahmedabad to rajkot on 04/04/2022 23:30 pm monday
Place-Ahmedabad paldi bus station
We reached at the stop at 11:10 and waiting for our bus but bus was not reached at time over their
Than also we wait for the bus till 12:45 over the same place at paldi bus stop but the bus was nit reached and we come back home
Second day i buy new tickets and ride for Ahmedabad to rajkot

So i want my money back
Any how
I attached 3 photo, 2 for 04/04/2022 booking
And another one for 05/04/2022 bookings
I want to refund my money amd I’ll never travel in gstrc again in life coz of this.
