But in the bus no gj 18 z 0472 none of my ticket booked, so please refund my 132 rs amount.

I have also complained in bhavnagar depo but they are told me call for helpline number on that day. I have also complained online support forum but none of the response from there. My complaint id is 121691 so please help me.
