Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] — I was forced to take ticket even though I have my monthly pass valid.

I am travelling from ahmedabad to gandhinagar with a valid monthly pass. But the conductor refused to consider it and i was forced to pay for the jounery. This is completely unfair as a traveller has already paid the amount of his jounery but the conductor forced him to pay again for the same. I claim for refund of this and want a sincere action for the guilty. As per the consumer protection law once a customer has paid the money he/she should not be charge again for that but the scene with gsrtc is totally different where i have to pay the sum twice for the same jounery.

Sir i m surat central bus stand. I m going to rajpipla and bus time is 11:30am. Now 12:15 pm and bus is not come at surat central bus stand. I want to know that when bus come at bus stand??? and what is the reason for let????? Who is responsible for it?????
