Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] — I'm complaining about GSRTC transaction page.....

I booked a ticket for 2 people in Visnagar Dhari bus today and made the payment by scanning it from UPI to ICICI! After the payment, an error page opened in the seat and the ticket print website says "success transaction not for this period"! But my transaction has been completed, the money has also been deducted and I also have the transaction ID for proof;

Even though the transaction has been done, I have not received the ticket yet and I have not received any information about the ticket from GSRTC.
