Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Letter for GSRTC Bus Ticket Not Booked but Amount Debit from Account

Dear Sir/Madam, I, Chintan Soladhra, was booked online ticket through gsrtc Applcation in on 22 Feb 2022.
My reservation booking as below.

From : Ahmedabad Gita Mandir Bus Port To Junagadh
Booked Seats : Adult-3
Amount :- Rs. 606/-

I didn't received any email as well as message for the transaction and 606 Rs. was deducted from bank a/c. I Call Customer care No. replied me that your deducted amount automatically credited to your bank.But still, I don't received any amount to my bank account. I request you to help me to get my refund as soon as possible. Kindly be needful in the matter. please do the needful.
