Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Money Refund for unbooked ticket | |||||
On 19/12/2016 i booked bust ticket from Veraval to Gandhinagar sleeper coach for 24/12/2016 on GSRTC website; ticket was not booked but the transcation processed and 333Rs were deducted from my account .I tried to submit complaint on the helpline and used their toll free number too but nothing worked. Radiant info pvt ltd provides service to this online booking website i tried reach them also form complaining against their services but no response. Was this information helpful? | |||||
