I have monthly passenger pass from kalol ambika to balapir cross (Pass no., adalaj
In which govt. Give 50% discount
I have daily go to adalaj balapir cross & due to more frequencies of bus on this route i have choose the route today in morning at 8:40 p. M. I have go from this bus but conductor of this bus no. Gj18-xx-2430 route from siddhpur to bapunagar not allowed me with this concession pass & let down me from bus

Dear sir pls tell me what to do of this concession pass?, if it not allowed
