Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — non accepting request by conductor to vacant seat number 10 reserved for ladies

My ticket number is198592 dt 26/02/2020. On seat number 10 which is kept reserved for ladies. One male person was sitting on 10w seat. I requested conductor to get the seat vacant for my wife or my daughter. But she denied to accept my request. And continued the male person sitting on 10w upto anand from barod highway express. Such partiality is very painful while performing duties by conductor. Please note my complaint thereof and call explanation from conductor
