Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] — not getting refund after bus service cancelled

Dear sir,

I have booked my ticket in following bus.

But bus service cancelled.

And still date i am not getting any answer or refund from gsrtc.

Id as per instructions of toll free[protected] care.

But i am not getting any replay of refund till.

So request take any action and do ahead process for my refund.
