I booked my bus ticket by gsrtc on 25 april 2019from vadodara to dhoraji for dated april 2019 that tckt amount was 310/- rs. And cancelled it on 1 may Name:- priyanshi Trip code:-2031brdjjpsll15 Pnr no.:-g26606245 Doj:- 2 may 2019 Seat no.:- 2 Class:- sleeper Txn pass:-mvukvvud But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account. Dear sir,
This is to inform you that the extra bus from veraval to kodinar on date 28/07/2019. The driver was listing song while driving in highway and also he was smoking Bidi despite the prohibition of smoking in the bus.

Request action accordingly against him .

I want there should be strick action needs to be taken against this driver and conductor.
