On dated 02.02.2020, my bus zalod-mandvi was cancelled and i not travels so money refund required.

Bus failed at Makarpura station and driver and conductor told me to just get in any other bus and told to commence 3.5 h journey while standing. GSRTC must have back up plan for such situation and they must bother about passengers.
