Today I am traveling in bus khambhat to surat and conducter name is kalpesh bhai behivour is a very rugh to me and he don't return my exchange money but not even this bus all bus conducter doing like that and take extra money form pessanger so plz I request to u take strickly action about this problem.
Mene kitane Samy see pass ke related, bus me daily passenger ke related, , or dusre bhi complain mene gsrtc me kiye hai par unka koi solution nahi milata, to ab me Kya karu .

Gsrtc ke bare me kai complain hai par koi passenger nahi bolta, balki rishvat dete hai par ham us bareme kuchh nahi Kar pate, to koi solution kijiye
