Hi,

My bus got cancelled from ahmedabad to rapar.

Please refer attached ticket for more details.

I have mailed the same details to "[protected]@mail1. Gsrtc.in" but it is showing wrong domain.
Even, website does not have any option of cancel.

I have even raised an online complaint
Ticket #107767 but only standard reply was given.

I think some scam is going on in gsrtc regarding customer refund money. Kindly do the needful
