I have booked an online ticket for Udaipur to Ahmedabad dated 30th October 2022. The scheduled departure time was 7 am. I reached the station on time but the bus did not arrive. The ticket window executive and the conductor of next GSRTC Bus scheduled on the same route advised me to book new ticket as the concerned bus has broken down and will not arrive. I waited till 10 am with my family for the concerned bus or any information through sms/email. I was forced to take RSRTC bus with PNR AHMDE[protected]. The cancellation was not allowed for GSRTC ticket worth 634 Rs. Thus, please intiate the refund process or let me know the place to send legal notice.
