Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Refund not generate

I had book tickets but was not able to book and money got debited. I called many times gsrtc customer care to refund the amount. It is now been months the money is not refunded still. What a fraud company. Tha amount was of 1707 and transaction happened on 19 th may .
