Dear Sir/Madam, My complaint is that I booked one E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of journey on 15/01/2017. Starting point is : VADODARA. My journey is from Vadodara to Jamnager in Sleeper bus service. My journey time is 21:30 PM from Vadodara Central Bus stand. My PNR No is :G14177554.(Seat No-3 ) My complaint is that when I reached there on Vadodara Bus stop and inquired for the respected bus, due to breakdown of sleeper bus normal bus provided by respected Manager of Panigate depo, (Bus No-GJ 18 Y 6212)now all passanger who reserved bus seat for sleeper most of travel by normal bus which was not even pushback seat. So in my case I would like to get the refund into this case in my bank account. And strictly inform regarding any change in bus from sleeper to normal inform prior or send sms on regd cell phone to think for another option. Thanks, Hitesh Shah. Was this information helpful? | |
