I was booked tickets on 8-May 2018 06:49:28 PM.

But meanwhile the process is breaks and ticket is allotted to me and payment is debited from account.

At that moment I was got OB reference number by SMS alert.

OB Reference number: GS5633467

So I kindly request you please refund of my payment of ticket.
