Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] — refund the money

Money has been deducted even thought ticket did not booked, all total is 1476,
I tried for two times, both the times same thing happened. Please help.

Date of money deduction: 11/01/2019
Tickets does not get booked on same date, tickets bookings was for,
Ahmedabad to gnfc x journey, bus time was : 17:30, journey date : 12/01/2019
