Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Regarding Bus Failure

I have booked 3 Tickets in sleeper coach from Nathdwara to Rajkot. During journey Bus Faliur happened at Ahmedabad. There 20-25 people. We have requested the Ahmedabad Bus station authority to provide a another Bus to Rajkot. However they have denied and asked us to catch seating Bus to Rajkot.
As I have paid for sleeper coach. Hence I would like to have Refund of the difference amount of Tickets.
My Bus and Tickets details are as below

Seat No 7, 8, 9
Date of journey 15-08-22 and 16-08-22
