Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] — Regarding refund is not receive till date after failed transition.

R/Sir,
I have booked ticket from Bhuj to Palanpur but payment is deducted from my account but the ticket not generated. I have tried two times but both time payment deducted from my account and the ticket not generated. OB number and PNR number are shown below.
i have book complaint #884339, #676993, and #722210

so i request to you please refund my money as soon as possible. i am your valuable customer and i prefer always GSRTC buses.
