Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] — sheet is not get as per online booking

I book my ticket in SLEEPER BOARDING . I SMS verification shows my ticket in sleeper boarding .but conducter booking sheet show My sheet is below the sweeper boarding.I request you to resolve my problem. if you don't able to resolve my problem then charge ticket prices as per conducter sheet & REFUND excess MONEY.
I hope you to resolve my problem as early as possible .my ticket details is given below .
