I have made reservation from ahmedabad to taloda in bus chopda mh
I have made reservation for seat no 17 and 18 and thereafter i cancelled under partial cancellation one ticket and received current travelling passenger mail on 11:05 pm 16/02/2019 after cancellation
Now passenger boarded in bus and not given seat and also help center not does not help and said go for refund, the passenger in 47 years age and not having good health still without out mistake they have given reservation to other passenger and not allowed another seat also
It is mental harassment and shown non-corporation on public service
Now i don't want refund, we are staying in taloda mh we want they authority whose nos are displayed on site which does not ring or they bother to receive should come to our place at consumer forum office and officially say sorry to poor customer who are still using public service
