I have tried to book two tickets on 11 january from gsrtc website but my ticket is not booked and amount is deducted from my account and i still did not get any refund from gsrtc. My ticket booking is saying success as i viewed in booking history but the seat no. Is not showing. Please find the attachment print of both the tickets. It is already been 45 days since booking. I'm traveling at today from AMD to Mehsana, i don't aware of bus roots so, when I'm going at enquire office the enquiry office not get good answers.
They all are simply seat and enjoying, the enquiry office is behind 20 to 21 bus stop no at Gitanandir.
I requesting you to please take this call and do needfull about this topic.
