Bus started late by more than hour from selvas. and it had front glass damaged.
driving was driving fast and dangerously putting passengers at risk just to cover up late departure.
driver had broken sideview mirror while dangerously over taking.
even after reaching Ahmedabad they deboarded passengers at bus entry drive way. created incoming traffic for all other travellers.
conductor was also not so professional causing unnecessary delay while first giving seat to non reserved passengers and than deboarding them.

please have a look into this. we pay for service for safe and comfortable travel. not a horror / life threating travel experience.

make sure this never happens again with anyone.
