Hi, Today i have booked 2 tickets from iskon cross road ahmedabad to rajkot (For date 12 jan 2019) with pnr g24327232 ; ticket rs 298 but payment has been cut twice. (2 times) Could you please look into this and do the needful to refund for other transaction asap to my account? I am traveling NAVSARI to mandavi in NAVSARI netrang bus no GJ 18 Y8904 (GSRTC) on dated 27/12/18 at 7:30 am from NAVSARI after running of 1 km from bus depo breakdown found in bus as per talking with conductor he replied that maintence was done yesterday and which was poor

I ride on bombay-bhiloda bus, i take a ticket navsari to kapadwanj .in kapadwanj college stand is regular stopage of all local and express buses but conductor say me it is not a stopage and not stop the bus.
