Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Very bad service - sitting seat is totally demaged still running bus

I have booked online for somnath to junagadh and junagadh to Ahmedabad through gsrtc booking apps . I have feeling very bad service experience in life . I have paid total 1076 + 652 total 1728 in that cost I have reached easily through private transportation like Volvo service. Seat is totally breaked while seating I am literally sliding from the seat. Find video of seat.
