Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — very dangerous to travel

I was travelling from gandhidham to surat via bus number 2157. The problem is that at my sleeping sofa the window was jammed and could not be closed it. Due to rain the whole seat was wetted and nit able to sleep and had to travel on that seat because there was no any vacancy. I want my compensation right now. It is rigorous and irresponsibility of the driver and department. I have attached my ticket below.
