Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] — wiper not working properly

Respected sir, I am travelling for ahmedabad to godhara on 28.09.2019 by gsrtc bus no gj18z5093 - morbi - dahod. In this rainy season there is a heavy rain from ahmedabad to umreth and in this rainy season wiper of this bus is not working properly and even i think this a night journey after ahmadabad. Also there are not good roads. In this situation driver clean a glass manually by hands. If there are any major problems due to this wiper issues then who is the responsible for this??? Journey time of ahmadabad to godhra is almost 3 hrs, but due to this wiper problem we are reached at godhra almost in 4.25 hrs. If wiper is not working in rainy season then why it is fixed on bus.??? I am also shocked b coz driver said that maintenance department said that "ye aisa hi hai bus leke jana hai to jaoo wiper change nahi hoga"??? Why the management of gsrtc allowed that type of buses for driving...??? If management already aware about this then what can i say...??? Sir we have faced this issue repeatedly so please look this very seriously. Hello sir Shailesh Bhoya - [protected], My pass num 693219, serial num : 488486, khergam to valsad, complain for in morning 08:30 to 09:30 from khergam and in evening 07:05 to 08:10 from valsad not regular bus for us, whenever we complain to control cabin they said busses are late reason roads not good, sir pls help we r facing issue for travels.

Pleas note that route baroda to dabhoi. I observed from last 7 days there were no bus for dabhoi route time period 6:30 to 7:30. Today one mini bus actual timing of that bus is 7:45 but bus arrived 8:00 pm nd driver batch no. 23280 got angry opon me. Nd say to take any legal action upon him.
