Today on 03/02/2021 I made online ticket booking from GSRTC Site from Baroda Makarpura Stand to Ahmedabad CTM
TWICE transactions made, both time payment debited from my account but message appear for Transaction Failed
Even I didn't received the ticket anywhere, either in my mail I'd nor in my phone or message
First time I booked for SEAT NO. 17 for bus time at Makarpura Stand 19:16 which failed but amount debited from my account
Second time I booked for SEAT NO. 25 for bus time at Makarpura Stand 19:16 which failed but amount debited from my account
Finally I booked through PAYTM for SEAT NO. 24 & on this ticket only I am making & continuing my journey
But at time 16:11, I am receiving messages for ticket confirmation with PNR NO & BUS DETAILS for Seat no. 17 & 25 both

Since 16:30 hours I am trying to get cancel my above both PNR NO ticket but everytime TRANSACTION ID asked. Now from where I collect Transaction ID, AS YET I HAVE NOT RECEIVED GENERATED TICKET & without transaction ID, I cannot proceed for cancellation
Even I tried several times on customer care number but that also found worst customer care service ever seen
All the times waited for executive to talk & after waiting automatically the call disconnect
Rubbish
Now I want my two time illegal transaction amount to get refund in my account or else I will move to consumer forum & I will put this matter on social site platform, which please be noted
