i sat from sarkhej in the gsrtc bus no. at . There was lady conductor in the bus. I asked her to give me ticket to surendranagar and she handed me the ticket from Gita mandir to Surendranagar. I asked her very politely why you gave me ticket from gita mandir I sat from Sarkhej bus stand. So she started arguing me and said this the way gsrtc is working and you have to accept it. we will make the ticket from our wish. when i warned her that i will complaint about it. she said do whatever you wish to do.
I had some complaints regarding non refund for ticket cancellation, and during Bharat Bandh Bus didnt came and money was also not returned. I had mailed many times and Gsrtc didnt take something in favor of passengers.
Complaints of many passengers are unheard by you and thus these conductors and drivers are misbehaving with passengers and doing work as per their wish.
It is a request that you should take some actions against such workers. It is not the matter of money it is the matter of the service you are providing to the citizens of Ahmedabad.
