      Yesterday! when i was paying exam form fees RS:850/- there was 3 times transaction was shown failed but now today from bank account
      balance has been debited so, kindly request to refund my balance!

        I applied for transcript but the payment failed and also cash was deducted from my account. When i tried once again my work was done but the problem is that i haven't got my refund from the first failed transaction, so i request you to look into my matter immediately and please refund me my money as soon as possible.

          I filled Exam form of B.pharm sem 3 in GTU website on 29/01/2021 and had done a payment of RS 1025. The payment failed and money was also deducted. And the convocation hasn't filled yet. So i tried calling on GTU helpline number but no one is answering the phone. My Order number was: EXF1313346.

              I have filled the exam form but my transaction get failed but my money get got debited.
              When our money will get back in our account.
              And if you will not give refund then form where we go to get our money back.
              If your server is not working properly then why you're opening forms.
              We want refund as soon as possible
              We can't wait for 15 days.

                              I, Abhi Raval[protected] had requested for 5 transcript Certificate By Post on 09th January 2021 from GTU Student Portal amounting to INR 450. I had made the payment through my debit card and the amount got debited from my bank account but the transaction failed.

                                  1st time i do payment for convocation 2020 so amount debited from my bank account but in payment status they show it's un successful and as per rules i watch for 5-6 days but it's still un successful so i paid 2nd time and it's success but as per your guidelines payment get back within a 30 days but i still not get back i pay my 1st payment on 9th December 2020
                                  so i request for refund as soon as possible
