When I was filling Convocation form, After filling form i process payment, but error came and the amount was deducted, then I tried again and then also amount was deducted, it happened to me three times.

      Dear sir, my enrollment number is[protected]. I tried to payment for convocation form on 25 dec 2020 at about 2 pm but the transaction was failed and money also debited from my account (500rs 2 times) . Today is 4th day from this happen and stil not credit my refund amount 1000rs.plz help

      I don't Know whether they are working on the refund amount or not?
      No customer service number no chat platform nothing is provided by GTU.

      No systematic platform provided to the students.

            Hello I'm a gtu student my enrolment number is[protected] i applied for convocation fees where as for first two times it showed payment failed but amount deducted from my account for both time and on 3rd try it showed payment successful and convocation fee is 500rs so my complaint is after even 10 days i haven't received the amount of 1000 rs back which was deducted and still it was showing payment failed. please do the needful to the earliest

                        Even though fees have been successfully debited from my account. Status is showing failed. I am in need to transcript and such blunder give me fear of not doing same process again..Please resolve GTU.
                        Also no clear guideline on where to contact in such scenario.. No one is answering calls

                            Here, I am complaining about the failed transaction while paying the fees of transcript. My transaction was failed but money debited from bank account. Then, I mailed the GTU for repayment my momey but still they don't give any response about this, even when i was talked about this matter in my surat zone office then even they gave me a wrong email address.

                                I filled convocation form of diploma in GTU website on 07/12/2020 and had done a payment of RS 300. The payment failed and money was also deducted. And the convocation hasn't filled yet. So i tried calling on GTU helpline number but no one is answering the phone. The order number : COA1005427

                                Aaj mane mara Father ka card mase bhi convocation fees pay ki to transaction fail huva or account mase 300Rs cut ho gaya
                                I filld my exam form from students portal of sem 3, i tried to pay fee first time it request transaction failed i tried second then also same transaction failed but after some time my money get debited form my account two times . 850 rs both time i check payment status in student portal it shows that one transaction is been successfully and one get failed i want 850 rs refund from which my transaction is showing fail

                                  Myself NAIK ARTHA HEMANTKUMAR, Enrollment no.[protected], studying in 084 -R.N.G.P.I.T I made payment on 24th of November for Winter Exam form 2020 5th Sem for B.Tech. Mechanical ENGINEERING.
                                  For my one exam form two times money were deducted from which one was successful and other was failed yet the amount got deducted.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam

                                    My enrollment no is:[protected], I have paid GTU examination fees for 5th sem winter examination on 24.11.2020 through Dena debit card but due to some technical problem my transaction was not succesfull and amt debited from my account, so I paid through SBI debit card again amt debited and transaction was sucessfull. So my account was debited twice for the same GTU examnination fees so kindly refund the amt to my account as I have paid twice.
