Dear Sir/Ma'am, I, Abhi Raval[protected] had requested for 5 transcript Certificate By Post on 09th January 2021 from GTU Student Portal amounting to INR 450. I had made the payment through my debit card and the amount got debited from my bank account but the transaction failed. Request you to refund the money or else accept the transaction.
