[Resolved]  Gujarat University — already deducted money but can't get confirmation for degree certificate

I filed application for convocation 2019 vide appl. No. [protected] for the bachelor of laws (Special) sem for third year new student. Payment of fees of rs.260 has been deducted from my bank account but i have not received any confirmation for registration done and status of payments on online portal shows 'as failed'. I confirmed with the bank that payment has been credited in university account. I am sharing status of my application and payment from university website, bank statement reflecting payment of fees and bank message received for deducting money from my account. Please resolve the matter. I am trying to contact gujarat university numbers but nobody is answering properly. Most of the calls remains unanswered and the one who answers the call says that we don't know anything about this and you have to come to university personally. Please look into this matter and confirm whether my registration done or not and what about money already deducted from my bank account?
