Gupta Smart Cafe — no response after several calls

I have made order that 5000 for ordering and another 5000 for shipping and rest amount after receiving the product. The product value is 30000. After paying 5000 he sent one receipt of shipping through india post i awaited for the product but after some days i received a letter in that they told me that if you pay rest amount then only you will able to get your product. I called so many times but didn't respond.
