Gupta Smart Cafe — payment made, defect product received

I am aniruuthan, i am in bangalore. Recently i have been scammed by a person named shadab from kolkata. Suspect person had made me an offer to purchase iphone x-256gb from quikr quikr portal. Suspect said me quikr do not have possibility to come to their location to get the product for shipment, so he advised to make the payment directly to his paytm mobile no ([protected]), so that suspect will ship the item to me. I have paid 40, 000 through paytm. Suspect did ship a product which is samsung galaxy s6 (Used-not working completely).

If you could help me with finding this person and punish that will really help others not to be get fooled by this suspect.

Seller: [26/01/19, 10:14:46] – received feedback in whatsapp.

From there we were coordinating in whatsapp only.
