Gurdeep Singh — Complaint for mentally harassment

Hi Team,

I am one o[censored]r customer and using amaron pro bike rider from last 2 year which detail mentioned below.

Battery No- BAC0211N201454
Date of Purchase- 30/06/2013
Purchase from battery tyre house

From last 5 to 6 months i have facing problem in battery for this regards visited in ur service center shri ganesh auto parts center 3 times, Ist time they fully charged the battery and said me no issue in battery that time battery was in under 24 months free replacement and no records shared with me after that some time again battery discharged and then again visited service center they again told me need to battery charging they fully charged after some days battery again discharged then i visited to dealer and he also charged my battery instead to replace and assured me next time will replace ur battery that time also under free replacement.

Now 27th Jul i have again visited in same service due to battery got discharged but that time finally they declared ur battery need to replace but now they ask me for pay amount on prorata basis then i told him why u are not changed battery under free replacement then they misbehave with me and not respond any revert of my query.


So finally i have write a mail to you for positively response and for battery replacement for without any pay bcoz free replacement time over only last month.
its my humble request you to pls do the needful and take necessary action against service center and dealer either i have other option to go consumer court or filed police complaint just becoz i am total mentally harass by your team.
