Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University — deduction of money from my account but not registered yet

I have made payment for registration of couselling of inr 1000 that has been debited from my account but when i tried to login, the message is popped that i haven't paid the registration fee.

Please do something about this matter. I am really worried about it.
