Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University — deduction of payment for registration of counselling

I have submitted rs1000f from my bank account for counselling registration my amount have been deducted form the account but i didn't receive any registration recipt although the page error occur after payment. I want my amount to be return in my account or registration should be done successfully by this deducted amount only.
