Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University — Not getting failed payment refund

I pay for my b.tech registration form . On first time the amount is deducted but application is not proceed. After some time they show your payment is failed. So I pay again this time payment is successful.i fill the form 10 aug 2021 time 22.25.32 on this time the first time payment is deducted. Till now I don't get back my money . My name is Siddhant Saini
Application no.[protected] the account no and other details I fill on councelling form .
They both are same .
